Research Your Audience

Understanding your audience is one of the first things you should do in the logo creation process. You may have particular tastes in fonts and colors, but your customers may have different ideas.

An excellent way to ‘spy’ on your competitors is to browse their followers’ social media feeds and check out the other pages they follow. This way, you can get a good idea about what sort of logos is catching their eye.

Create a Scalable Logo

A logo that looks great on your website may not appear well on a Facebook or YouTube header. Your logo will need to be clear and legible on a wide variety of media, including print stock.
